Service Level: Secure, signature-verified delivery with real-time GPS tracking.
Rates: $25.00 Base Fee + $2.25 per mile
5. E-Commerce & Small Business Shipping
Best For: Etsy sellers, Shopify store owners, local brands, and boutique warehouses.
What We Do: We pick up your daily customer orders from your location and drop them directly to local postal hubs (USPS, FedEx, UPS) or provide local same-day delivery to your customers.
Rates: $20.00 Base Fee (Includes up to 3 packages) + $2.00 per additional package.
2. STAT / Last-Minute Emergency
Best For: Urgent, time-sensitive deliveries that cannot wait for a standard route.
What We Transport: Critical lab samples, missing surgical tools, or emergency legal filings.
Service Level: Direct-to-destination delivery with an immediate 30-to-60-minute response time. No stops in between.
Rates: $75.00 Base Fee + $4.00 per mile
4. DME & Heavy Equipment Hauling
Best For: Medical supply companies, physical therapy clinics, and hospice care providers.
What We Transport: Wheelchairs, oxygen tanks, walkers, hospital beds, and oversized industrial cargo.
Equipment: Handled via our dedicated logistics truck featuring a secure, locking, weather-proof bed cover.
Rates: $65.00 Base Fee + $3.50 per mile (Includes basic loading/unloading)
After-Hours Fee: A flat surcharge of $35.00 applies to any pickups or deliveries scheduled between 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Wait-Time Policy: The first 10 minutes at a pickup or drop-off location are free. Additional wait time is billed at $1.00 per minute.
